SynchronicityRANSubnet type removed, reference replaced with Synchronicity.... 

SynchronicityRANSubnet type removed, reference replaced with Synchronicity. Synchronicity not a CNSliceSubnetProfile attribute hence this attribute is removed from CNSliceSubnetProfile.
