OpenAPI yaml file name change and replace external reference in 5gcNrm.yaml as local dependence

sunse requested to merge Rel16_OPENAPI_Filename_Change_142e into Integration_Rel16_SA5_143_YAML

Two type of changes:

  1. Yaml file name change to align with convention of CT yaml files
  2. no external reference, only local/relative reference (in 5gcNrm.yaml, TS28541_5GcNrm.yaml)

External dependence in 5gcNrm.yaml changed to local dependence, and copy the depended CT yaml files to SA5 branch commented out some attributes to avoid unnecessary other CT yaml files dependence
