Reason why this change is needed

Binaural rendering with ParamUpmix and head rotation calls conversion to SBA too many times.

Description of the change

Remove unnecessary calls.

Affected operating points

Produced bitstream is non-BE but fully backwards compatible for decoding. Decoded output may differ.
