Ci/peaq for binauralized output 2

Reason why this change is needed

• To complement the objective measures, PEAQ should be tested wrt a binauralized input signal. This should be done as part of the comparison.
  • If the output is not MONO, STEREO, BINAURAL, BINAURAL_ROOM_IR or BINAURAL_ROOM_REVERB, it should be binauralized with the external renderer using BINAURAL output format.
  • The input signal should be converted to the above output format, if a conversion is required.
  • Make PEAQ use 1-2-channel input instead of per-channel comparison.

Edit: Note was made obsolete and was removed.

• The option --odg now triggers the PEAQ binaural test instead of the old direct test vs ref comparison.

Affected operating points

• All existing tests should run as before.
