[CI] Resolve #1251 "OMASA LTV test case label clean-up"

Reason why this change is needed

Test case labels for OMASA (and one MASA test) in scripts/config/self_test_ltv.prm contain 1Dir or 2Dir even though the LTV metadata files contain both 1- and 2-directional metadata interleaved.

Description of the change

Proposed fix: remove the invalid string parts from the case names.

Affected operating points

  • Everything is BC and BE
