[BASOP CI]Fix for rendering tests with PEAQ

There are still failures in the BASOP CI PEAQ measurement for the renderer. This solves two identified issues:

  • When using a scene description file that contains a STEREO component, the re-rendered format needs to be stereo
  • The MASA metadata file for EXT rendering was missing in case of re-rendering
