Reason why this change is needed

  • As discussed in the issue, it is logical to have default reverb parameters for BINAURAL_ROOM_REVERB per IVAS format.

Description of the change

  • This implements a system for selecting different default reverb parameters per format and provide three different size default rooms.
  • A command-line is included for the decoder for overriding the default selection (or differently put, allow selection from three defaults).

Affected operating points

  • BINAURAL_ROOM_REVERB mode is expected to be affected for all formats with binaural rendering.
