Reason why this change is needed

  • The MASA metadata diff tool at `scripts/ivas_conformance/masa-diff-tool` shall be added to the non-BE conformance test.

Description of the change

  • Non-BE conformance test is complemented with MASA metadata diff tool in the same way as the MLD tool. The corridor values are stored in separate .csv files per-frame for ENC and DEC tests in the mld_ref folder. The threshold is currently se to 0.0, i.e. all MASA metadata must be BE.

Affected operating points

  • Only ENC and DEC tests
