Reason why this change is needed

Range of inputs for distance attenuation and listener orientation is not checked.

Description of the change

Add clamping of input values for distance attenuation configuration and listener position, to align with BASOP.

Affected operating points

Non-BE for input values that are out of range. Tests here expected to be BE, since all inputs are within range.
