Reason why this change is needed

This issue/MR incorporates some of the critical fixes that were implemented as part of !2572 (Add levels to 26.252 BE conformance scripts). For example, the behavior of the --filter option sometimes lead to undefined beahvior due to incorrect parsing of the tag names.

Affected operating points

No changes to the IVAS code base, only fixes to the conformance script.
