Minor fixes for memory analysis scripts

I put the updated mem_analysis.m in this MR. If this works on your version of MATLAB, perhaps we can use this version instead. The other change I made was to exclude MEM_COUNT_DETAILS from the stripping in prepare_instrumentation.sh. I noted that the option is not there if you run this script.
