Fix #377 Code Coverage for Extended Metadata

Related to #377 (closed) Code Coverage for extended metadata. The self_test.py and self_test.prm files are updated to include 2 test cases of extended metadata for ISM 4. The metadata and head tracking files are included as well for extended metadata cases. We would like to raise two questions about this:

  1. As mentioned in issue #405 (closed), we propose to have one set of metadata and head tracking files for both 3 DoF and 6 DoF cases.
  2. It seems that smoke_test runs with NULL metadata. Is that the case for the complexity tests as well? Referring to the 1st question, it would be simpler to have one set of md files for all ISM cases.
