[Ref using main] Merged ISM metadata test files in testv folder

norvell requested to merge 415-use-single-set-of-metadata-test-vectors-for-self_test into main

Merges the files testv/stvISM+{1,2,3,4}.csv and testv/stvISM{1,2,3,4}.csv. The [Ref using main] is to show that this change is bit exact, given that the additional metadata is ignored for the cases where extended metadata is not enabled. So using the two sets for the reference creation will be bit exact with the joint metadata files.
