Reason why this change is needed

• When running the smoke test with the BASOP coded, there is a BASOP assert raised for the mode mono_b24_4_fb_cbr.

Description of the change

• Add _sat to L_mac() operation in E_ACELP_1pulse_searchx_fx().

Affected operating points

• All acelp bit-rate that are using E_ACELP_1pulse_searchx_fx
• Produced bitstream is BE compared to previous state (except for bitstream where the assert was triggered).
