Reason why this change is needed

  • In IVAS, NB audio bandwidth is not supported but the core-decoder is set to it.

Description of the change

  • Initialize core-decoder audio bandwidth as WB.

Affected operating points

  • Non-BE for many operating points due to negligible differences at the initialization (first frames).
