Update .remove-unsupported-testcases anchor to accommodate added test cases in IVAS PC repo

This is a fix of the removal of unsupported test cases in self_test.prm. It needs to be merged once ivas-codec-pc/ivas-codec!1311 (merged) is merged. Affects only the testing, not the code.
