Reason why this change is needed

  • The changes brought to the float reference code in the process of conversion to BASOP were not ported to the floating point code. The corresponding change in the BASOP git is in sa4/audio/ivas-basop!481 (merged)

Description of the change

  • The precision for masa2total ratios is limited both at encoder and decoder

Affected operating points

  • OMASA operating points that use parametric one separated object mode.

  • For bitstream compatibility, the following levels are helpful for describing encoder

    1. Produced bitstream is nonBE compared to previous state.
    2. Produced bitstream is non-BC. Old decoder cannot decode the produced bitstream correctly for the affected modes.
